Northern Illinois quarterback Jordan Lynch did it again in Saturday's 35-23 win at Ball State, and you guessed it, he's my Offensive Player of the Week.
Here's Lynch, and the other top performers from Week 6.
Offense
Jordan Lynch, junior, quarterback
Lynch ran for a career-high 207 yards and three touchdowns, and threw for 195 yards and a touchdown.
Defense
Jimmie Ward, junior, safety
Ward finished with a team-high 12 tackles, an interception and a pass breakup.
Special Teams
Ryan Neir, senior, punter
Neir averaged 35.7 yards on his six punts, with a long of 47. He had two inside the 20-yard line.
