Kill comments on Huskies

Former Daily Chronicle sports reporter Jeremy Werner, who you can hear every weekday on MyConnectFM in the Champaign-Urbana area and read on Rivals.com, was at Big Ten media day in Chicago today, and caught up with current Minnesota and former Northern Illinois coach Jerry Kill.

The two talked a little about the Huskies, and Jeremy was nice enough to pass along this quote from Kill.

"I tell you what, I think they'll be as good this year. I really do. It's always good," Kill said. "You know you've done a good job when they continue to win. That's a great thing, and now they're getting the indoor facilty built. I think there's a lot of good things on the horizon for that school. Really, it probably could be the dominating school in the MAC before it's all over because of the location near Chicago."
