Spring football practice begins Wednesday for Northern Illinois, and I wanted to start a conversation here about what you're most excited about for the upcoming 15 practices.
NIU coach Dave Doeren will meet the media for a news conference Monday. We'll be sure to ask him about the Jamaal Bass case, Devon Butler's progress, who plays quarterback and a lot more. We'll also have plenty of coverage from myself and Daily Chronicle contributor Anthony Zilis throughout the spring set of practices while we work to fill the beat writer position vacated by Ryan Wood. We'll have stories, video, blogs and everything you've come to expect from our spring football coverage in the past.
