NIU men's hoops updates

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that the Northern Illinois men's basketball team has landed its first 2011 commitment in Glenbard East guard Zach Miller.

Miller is listed as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and was the DuPage Valley Conference MVP last season.

Also, Temple announced its non-conference schedule for the upcoming season, and the Huskies will visit Temple on Dec. 18. Temple came to the Convocation Center last season and defeated NIU, 70-60
