Best of the Decade

Who was the best Northern Illinois player you saw this decade? What one coach would you want leading your team into a game?

Starting now, I'm taking your nominations for the best of the decade at NIU. Any player or coach who participated in a game/match this decade (2000-09) is eligible for consideration in the following categories:

Football Player of the Decade

Basketball Player of the Decade

Coach of the Decade (Yes, assistant coaches are eligible)

Olympic Sport Player of the Decade (Baseball, soccer, softball, gymnastics, volleyball, track and field, golf, cross country, wrestling and tennis players are eligible)

Huskie of the Decade (Overall MVP)
